At AccessElite, we’re building on a strong foundation of diversity and inclusion and taking action to do more. As the first-comprehensive corporate wellness program, we’re putting a larger emphasis on hiring providers that are inclusive and in support of Black individuals and their businesses. We’ve also put together an internal committee to guide our path forward on how and what more we can do to support our communities through equality and inclusion.

Today, we’re proud to take another step towards making a difference: recognizing Juneteenth – the oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of ending slavery in the United States. During this time, we will give our team members the space they need to reflect, advocate, and connect with their global community — in their own way.

“Inclusivity has always been and will always be a part of our company’s mission,” says VP, Marketing, Nisha Parikh. “Our CEO, Jenna Mons, is giving our organization the day for our employees and community to connect on the significance of this moment in Black history is encouraging and we support all to do the same.”

This is just one step and we know there is so much more we can and will do. In the coming weeks and months, we’ll continue to listen and learn from our team members, our AccessElite members and our community partners — all to further our role in creating tangible and lasting change and opportunities.
