We all have stressful days and it is sometimes difficult to find a way to wind down. This restorative yoga class with Yoga Instructor Mickee Caputo may be your new favorite way to unwind your body and mind.
Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow, still style of yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Yogis are often supported by props to enhance or deepen their experience and achieve a state of total relaxation and release.
Recommended props for this session: yoga mat, beach towel, pillow.
