One really important aspect of physical health is spinal and back health. Sometimes it can be hard to know what the best practice is to strengthen our spines and ease pain. That’s why Yoga Instructor Alona Kristol-Harper has designed this class that is based around strengthening the muscles around the spine. Spinal strength can also be considered core strength, as we use our core muscles to support our backs.
