If you have been attending Caroline’s classes in the past month or two, you have learned a variety of breathing and meditation techniques. This session is a silent meditation that will give you the opportunity to use your preferred meditation or breathing method. Caroline is a Meditation Guide and Yoga Instructor and is an expert in breath work and relaxation practices. This 15 minute live session is a great opportunity to take a moment for yourself just to relax and find grounding through breath.
