Yoga is an incredible way to improve mind, body, and soul. It helps to center and clear your mind. Yoga Instructor Adi Gosselin wants to make that accessible for everyone which is why she includes options and modifications in her classes. This class will be focused on opening and stretching the muscles of the shoulders and chest.
