The Polyvagal Theory explains how our emotions are responses to internal or external stimuli that often happen without our awareness. By bringing more awareness to these stimuli, it’s possible to have more control over the ways we react emotionally to different situations.
This session will show you new ways to be more in-tune with your body and will leave you with a deeper understanding of your mental health.
