In this 30 minute class, nutritional therapist and Yoga instructor Emily Spaeth will be discussing the best nutrients you can add into your diet to help you to manage stress. Emily will also guide you through a mindfulness exercise that will help manage day-to-day stress and overall improve your quality of life!
