Live Virtual Wellness: Mindfulness and Meal Time with Caroline Smith

Practicing mindfulness with meal time is not something many of us prioritize in our day-to-day. In this session, we will use our 5 senses, breath, and awareness to enjoy food without distraction. This introduction will teach you how to create an experience with food that utilizes mindfulness. We will be eating during the workshop, so please show up with your lunch or a snack to enjoy together!
