Live Virtual Wellness: Meditation for The New Year with Alex Durham

The start of the new year usually involves reflection and starting to work on new goals and intentions. Your new goals are usually backed by a list of actions to take which can feel inspiring and overwhelming all at once. This meditation practice is an opportunity for you to balance out the new year actions with mindfulness. Take 20 minutes to bring some awareness and clarity into the new year and help you achieve all your possibilities.
