These are quick 30 minute Mindful Dot Art mediation sessions where we learn to slow down our racing minds. You will leave the sessions relaxed and rejuvenated. It is easy enough yet powerful for beginners. We will be learning an ancient Indian ritual art interlaced with some Mindfulness online with a pencil art in half hour sessions. No Previous art experience necessary.
Pencil/Pen along with a Sketchbook or plain white paper.
