Live Virtual Wellness: Languishing & Art Therapy with Diana Shabtai

While the fall is a time of celebration and family, we understand that the stress of Q4 and the end of the year is looming for some. We recognize that the pandemic has created feelings of burnout, languishing, and anxiety across the board for employees and parents. Languishing is the new term being used to describe a feeling of dullness or ‘Blah’ and is said to be affecting individuals’ drive and focus. A great way to counterbalance this phenomenon that is taking over is by engaging in creative outlets. That is why we are bringing an art therapy class to you. In this session, you will be lead through a mindful art activity that is paired with easy breath-work. Join us for this art class to express your feelings and begin on the journey to healing.
Participants will need:
- 2 sheets/canvases to work on for two activities
- Their choice of art source: watercolor, crayons, colored pencils, markets, etc.
