Who doesn’t love a nice, easy yoga flow? We know we do! Join Yoga Instructor Caroline Smith for this 30 minute Gentle Yoga Flow that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Gentle yoga is great for all ages and abilities and can even be beneficial for those with injuries or arthritis. Join this session to wind down and end your day on a peaceful note.
