Live Virtual Wellness: Breathwork 101: Learn and Practice with Bryan Piatt

Breathwork is an ancient practice that is now starting to gain recognition by the scientific world as an effective tool to lower blood pressure, increase focus, and reduce cortisol levels which is our bodies stress hormone. Bryan will begin this class with an introduction to breathing techniques and their benefits before leading you through a breathwork practice. Be prepared to lay down for the breathwork portion- you can use a blanket or yoga mat to create a comfortable space.
