Join Health Coach, Yoga Instructor. and Meditation Guide Caroline Smith as she guides you through a 15 minute meditation. In this session, Caroline will guide you to focus on your breath in order to relax and destress your body and mind.
Box Breath is a 4 part breath sequence that is structured as follows: Inhale, hold, exhale, hold – all for an equal count. This type of breathing has amazing benefits for both body and mind and is a great anchor for meditation.
This session will leave you feeling relaxed and stress-free and ready for the day.
