So often when we are become over active during our day or stressed out we tend too shallow breath. This form of breathing keeps our body in state of tension. But giving yourself a few moments to take longer, fuller belly breaths help to calm and soothe the mind and body. The Adham Pranayama or Belly Breath is a technique that helps you relax, improves the amount of oxygen in your blood, and helps you reduce blood pressure and your heart rate.
