Live Virtual Wellness: Afternoon Slow Down Flow with Ethan Hill

Life can be hectic, and for many of us, it’s hard to find a moment to just slow down and unwind. In this class, the pace is much slower than in other yoga classes. Poses are held longer which will allow for a deeper experience of the poses. It’s easy to be constantly on the go, but it’s so important to stop and unwind a busy body and mind. This session will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Take this much needed time and devote it just to taking care of YOU.
