The breath is a powerful thing. Studies have shown that deep breathing practices can significantly decrease anxiety, depression and stress levels. In this session, Yoga Instructor and Meditation Guide Caroline Smith will guide you through a three-part breath practice. The sequence includes: inhale-5 seconds, hold-5 seconds, exhale-7 seconds. This practice will leave you with a calmer mind and nervous system and is a tool that you can use throughout your life.
