Dr. Tooma received his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine where he also completed his internship in internal medicine and his residency in ophthalmology. He then completed a Fellowship in corneal surgery and refractive surgery at Emory University, Department of Ophthalmology. He is board-certified in Ophthalmology and has been in practice for 40 years. He has received numerous awards including the Patients’ Choice Award (5 years), Compassion Doctor Recognition and On-Time Doctor Award (3 years).
