Dr. Miller received his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine, where he completed his Internship and residency in otolaryngology and fellowship in facial plastic surgery. Dr. Miller then trained under the former director of facial plastic surgery at Stanford University, Dr. Jim Koch, receiving training in advanced body contouring techniques. He has been a member of the Loma Linda Head and Neck Surgery Faculty group where he trains residents on innovative techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Miller started his own practice in 2008 and is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
