One major focus has fueled Mickee’s life path – help people.
She received her Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from San Diego State University in 2013, at the same time she completed her first 200 hour yoga teacher training program.
She found Reiki energy healing during her second 200 hour training roughly a year later, becoming attuned to this ancient methodology shortly after.
Dedicated to helping women through important transitions in life, Mickee completed her Birth Doula training under Ana Paula Markel of Bini Birth in 2016 and her Postpartum Doula training in 2018 with Kathrin Auger of LA Doula.
With over six years teaching various yoga styles, Mickee leads practices across Orange County at studios and corporate offices alike.
Mickee believes that every body is different and provides customized, comprehensive care based on the person’s needs that day. What worked to heal the energy before may not be what body needs the next time around.
