Dr. Kaplan received his medical degree and completed his residency at Louisiana State University. He completed his plastic surgery fellowship at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic where he was trained by the same team that performed the first U.S. face transplant. Dr. Kaplan is board certified in plastic surgery and considered a Top Doctor in the San Francisco Bay Area by Castle Connolly.
