Dr. Austin received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School. He went on to complete his residency at the University of Michigan Hospitals Department of Orthopedic Surgery and his fellowship at the Cincinnati Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center. Dr. Austin is a member of the American Association of Orthopedic Surgeons as well as the Arthroscopy Association of North America. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and has been practicing for over 19 years.
