Jen is an experienced certified Yoga and Pilates teacher in NYC. Her yoga classes are thoughtful and alignment-based, playful and energetic, and always influenced by the breath.
In addition to Yoga, she has been teaching Pilates (mat and apparatus) since 2016. The pilates method is one of the best things anyone could do for their body! The precision and control you learn in Pilates are vital. The balance of strengthening and flexibility you can achieve through pilates is efficient and unique to this method.
