Dr. Mintz studied at the University of California Irvine and completed his Residency at Long Beach Memorial Center. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine. His patient care goals include an accurate diagnosis achieved through a comprehensive history and physical examination. He now has over 40 years of experience. Dr. Mintz speaks both English and Spanish and has been awarded Healthgrades Honor Roll.
