I’m a New York native with Southern California roots. I am a firm believer that fitness should be fun, inspiring, and drive positive change in one another. The coaching/training platform allows me to help others to bring out the best version of themselves. I combine BIG beats with high intensity low impact muscular endurance workouts which are adaptable to all levels of fitness. In addition to training private clients, I currently teach group class Lagree Fit, TRX, resistance training, Pilates, and indoor cycle.
