Dr. Belaga received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed an internship at South Baltimore General Hospital and his residency at Northwestern University Medical School. Dr. Belaga is board certified in neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has been practicing for over 40 years. He is a member of both the American Academy of Neurology and the San Francisco Neurological Society.
