Misty Bauer is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) who brings a gentle and nurturing presence to your side. We are proud to have her on our team at AUM Integral Wellness. She provides table or Thai massage to help her clients deepen their mind-body connection and heal through physical touch. Misty is also an energy healer who is passionate about spiritual growth and exploration and has been teaching Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork, relationship workshops, Yoga, meditation, and energy healing over the course of her career. Her hope is to help her clients feel safe in their bodies by encouraging emotional release and somatic reprocessing by serving as a guardian while providing a caring and soothing massage.
