Dr. Tseng received her MD from Baylor College of Medicine in 1992. She went on to complete her Internship, Residency, and Fellowship at the University of Alabama. Since then, she has become board certified in Neurology and is affiliated with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Tseng has over 20 years of experience in her field of study. For seven consecutive years, from 2009 until 2015, Dr. Tseng was recognized as one of the Best Doctors in Dallas by D Magazine.
